Job Summary:

Role: The Client Partner (CP) is responsible for receiving the accounts from the sales team, then leading all the appropriate meetings in preparation of the Go-Live event. The CP coordinates the team connections (our IT to the client IT; our Clinical team to their clinical team etc.), CP will also coordinate all on-site meetings for Deployment Specialist to run any testing, measurement, etc. CP will be on site during the Go-Live event to assist with any questions while the client goes live with the product. Post Go-Live, the CP will monitor events, round with the client weekly, and coordinate any additional educational assistance that is required by the client, address concerns or questions about the product. The CP works closely with the client’s project manager. This is not a sales position.

  • Deployment: Create and execute VSTAlert deployment Plans

Lead internal & external resources, follow up to complete deployment tasks, and get project live timely
Create and maintain project documentation
Train users and provide post go live monitoring on fall reduction and user adoption

  • Account Management: Manage assigned clients’ relationships and relative documentation

On-going client touch base on product usage, fall reduction monitoring
Update and manage clients' profiles.
Provide refresh training upon requirement
Collaborate with helpdesk/internal teams to provide support on client requests/tickets

  • Product Development Support: Provide clients feedback to PM

Deliver product related communication or introduce new features/tools to clients

  • Team Excellence: Continuously improve existing processes/SOPs and establish new processes/SOPs as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience with account management, preferably in hospital based health care
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to deliver presentations clearly and concisely
  • Travel up to 50%
  • An affinity for health care and patient safety
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Have or be willing to get vendor credentialing requirements
  • Outstanding attention to detail and written/ verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Project management: 4 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
